Insulated Flexible Copper Bus Bar Connectors
RHI offer a wide range of copper laminated flexible shunts with fusion process used in various industries without reviting or without any filler material.
Material: Electrolytic Copper / Oxygen Free Copper 99.95%
Stainless steel Finish: Bare Copper / Tin Coated / Silver Plated / Nickel Plated.
These types of copper flexible connectors are used as flexible expansion joints in order to connect busbars in Switchgear industries, Power Plants, New Energy Vehicles, Battery Industry ( such as Chlorine Plant Using Mercury Cell, Modular Battery Cell , Membrane Battery Cell, Diaphragm Battery Cell, Hydrochloride Battery Cell, Manganese Diodide Cell and Cathodic Protection), Bus Ducts, Transformer, V.C.B., Resistance Welding Engineering, Electric Locomotives, Galvano Engineering etc.
It is expansion connectors to prevent damages by other parts of machines or switchgears and to take care of thermal and dynamic stresses caused by short circuit current in the system.
